I am feeling this way too! I'm not sure what the problem is other than holiday-related stress. I was doing so well and now I'm in a rut, ugh. Being extra busy this time of year tends to make me reach for convenience foods and cook less. Tonight I'm going to the supermarket, armed with a list and a plan!

I myself am a big fan of cheese, but I do try to moderate the amounts. I rarely eat meat so cheese is a significant protein for me. And cheese and yogurt are my main sources of calcium. I'd really like to see 290 by New Year's as well, which is only about 6 pounds away so I think I can do it! That would be a total of 25 lbs gone for me.
