I will often tie my hair up while I exercise and then put it in a knot on the top of my head when I shower after working out, and just don't get it wet. I figure the really stinky part of me has been cleaned hahaha, too bad for everyone else what my hair looks like!

I eat reasonably healthy and fee both my boyfriend and on about $200 a month. Wow, thanks for such an extensive list! :) I actually have JM yoga meltdown- but I was just gettin into fitness when I tried it and simply couldn't keep up. I've been thinking of trying it gain, but I'm still scared haha!! I've heard people talk of P90X, but didn't know what it was - maybe I'll look into it! Thanks a lot!!

That's going tone different for everyone. It would depend if you think it will be easier for you to stop getting distracted or procrastinating at home, or to find the time to leave your kids to get to the gym (some gyms provide daycare for an additional charge). :)

On the smartphone app, go to settings and then fitness goals. It says starting weight and you just change the numbers! :)

Did you weigh in the morning? On my weigh in days that's the first thing I do when I wake up, and it works well for me. Also, my monthly always makes me look, feel, and weigh in as heavier than any other time of the month- try again in a week and don't be discouraged!!

Haha I do the same thing!! Every night I end up keeping myself awake dreaming of how I want to look, and how good it's going to feel, and the exercising and healthy foods I'm going to eat the next day to get there!!
