Feel Free to add me. My meals and snacks are a little different because I am GF/EF but I have an open diary and I am a 1200 calorie restriction. I tend to eat more due to exercise though....took me a while to learn I loose by eating those calories back. :)

I agree!! Eat your calories, exercise, and don't look for instant results. A healthy body takes time to accomplish. I think of it like this: It takes many years to add the weight to our bodies, so in turn it is going to take time to train our bodies to loose it.

I am signed up for 4 races between May and Sept. 5-12 PINOCCHIO'S MOMS ON THE RUN 6-1 RUN OR DYE 6-8 CARSON VALLEY DAYS RUN 9-21 COLOR ME RAD I think it is so great seeing all of you ready for the races. I so want to hear how everybody does.

The Radiologist I am working with today just told me that he thinks its great how much weight I have lost so far. He said "you can really see how much work I am putting into it." YAY NSV

I run alone also. I have ran once with my cousin which was fun, but not as productive as when I run by myself. I didn't seem to push myself as hard as I would normally do so. Unfortunately I need to get over this since I am running a few 5K races this summer.

Last week I felt like I couldn' see any results from the weight loss so far and I was starting to get down on myself a little. So on Monday I went to my hairdresser and cut off 6 inches of my hair (for my 20lb reward). Finally I can tell that I have really lost some weight. NSV....many compliments from coworker :) Happy…

I seem to think about upcoming milestones. Be it the next mile I am running, the next jump when jumpin the roap, the next turn I will take on the bike, etc, etc, etc. Kinda gets me through my workout...lol
