Thank you so much for doing this! I too suffer from "closet eating". I also suffer from stress eating (hand in hand right?). I find you to be brave for posting this and it makes me want to write down my list. I am trying so hard to find my groove again, and it's nice to know I am not alone. Thank you!

I have lost my multiple chins!! I used to make fun of myself because I had like three....and now I have a normal chin.

I have been Gluten Free since January 11th of this year. I removed gluten and eggs because when I eat either of them I break out in hives all over my body. If I stay clear of them I do not break out. I too found avoiding grains/flours/ legumes etc was helpful as well as increasing vegetables and looking at the Glycemic Index for low carbohydrates in fruits.

Since PCOS is an intolerance to Sugar it should not matter if you are eating meat or not. If you are having an issue with iron I would say "GO MEAT". Kettlebells, jump rope, weights, resistance equipment. These are all good things to get at walmart and reasonable too :)

Good points!! I guess we need to establish the rules. When I think about junk foods I think about chips, soda, cookies, cake, candy, fried fast foods, or any foods that contain little nutritional value and often high in fat, sugar, salt, and or calories. Anyone else have any ideas of what we should consider as "junk" food?…

I am thinking about taking my portable BBQ also. Maybe make some foil packs and cook lunch / dinner at the grounds instead of leaving to eat. Do any of you do this too?

I have just started crossfit three days a week (M,W,F) and then I run twice a week. For me I needed help with technique so I need a trainor, but let me tell you....it kicked my butt. Best of luck to you finding a workout style you enjoy :)
