Okay here goes..... i don't post often, but I figure almost three monthe deserves a pic.

In March of 2011 I decided it was time to make some changes, so I joined the gym.. I joined a few classes and really started to enjoy working out. Lost 25 lbs and then it just stopped coming off. In July 2012 I had to switch gyms due to my boys starting preschool and hated it b/c the classes they offered weren't the same, so I just stopped working out as much, and gained 10 lbs back. I got so depressed that in Jan 2013 I said I need to do something, so I decided to join mfp and started walking 3 miles, then built it up to a run, now I run 3-5 miles atleast 3 times a week, and do other cardio and weights the other days. It has changed my life and now I only have 7 lbs to get to my goal.

I was a fat man and i was sad about my life. So i decided to change myself, and now i changed my mind too. I need to still lose some weight, but now i know i can !!
It was me fat and in september 2012 when i was about to run my first race.

I lift for about an hour (mostly a dumbbell workout) 2 or 3 times a week. I also follow the lift with cardio work of 30-90 minutes. I started out doing 5 minutes of cardio, and it was a killer...so start small and build it. I also do some bike riding and walking. Start with walks, then progress as you lose weight. The best exercise is what you will actually get off the couch and do...so don't fret. There is NOT the perfect thing out there.0 -
