Best I can do right now, I actually started 10 pounds heavier (168) but only have good progress pics for the last 20 pounds. Still can't believe how much farther I have to go to get a semi flat stomach. Le sigh

Same weight, but lost fat and gained muscle. 1.5 year difference. Didn't start going 'hard' till the last few months.
THIS BLOWS MY MIND! How wild that you didn't nudge a pound on the scale but you look like a totally different person. Anyone who is exercising regularly and is discouraged when they don't see weight loss should see this!0 -
My favorite part is I can do just about anything without getting breathless...and I feel pretty darn good too! :drinker:
Everyone on this thread has just done an amazing job. What perseverance!0 -

Everyone looks great!! I needed to see this thread today, was feeling frustrated with my progress. Keep up the awesome work! And thanks for the motivation! :flowerforyou:
Women: multiply your goal weight by 10.
Men: Multiply your goal weight by 11.
This number will be your DAILY CALORIC INTAKE to MAINTAIN that GOAL WEIGHT.
So, if I want to be 160lbs, 160 x 11 = 1760 calories per day. But I am targeting 1200 per day NET calories to get this rolling a little faster. Hope this make sense.
This method may help you lose weight but at what cost? You should figure out your TDEE and reduce by 5 10 or 20 %. I am 5'2, goal weight is 120 but I eat 1800 calories a day (and am losing weight)0 -
Wow some killer transformations! I'm especially inspired by all those mommy's who've lost weight. Thanks for showing me it CAN be done!0
