I use Agave, Natural co**** palm sugar, or Honey. I do believe they have higher calories but they are natural and you body can digest them.

This is not for everybody...but my daughter and I go to the store every night and shop for Dinner and the following days breakfast/lunch. I have found that this causes less leftovers making there way to the trash. I also do not have a ton of things hanging out in my pantry that do not get eaten. On average I spend $15 a…

I no longer eat tofu either...and I never personally liked soy milk. I do like coconut milk especially when cooking, and almond milk over cereal. The days of a glass of milk are long gone though.

Isn't that weird? You would think other moms would be the biggest supporters. Co-workers are hard to look at for support also..I work with many "fit" girls and tend to find myself talking about what I had for lunch or what I look forward to for my next meal. I really would prefer a " you are looking good...who is the…

First I would like to thank you so much for doing this Tony!! I have been struggling with being heavy for the last 7 years. At first I thought it was post divorce weight, now I think it was due to not being motivated. I am a 32 year old mother of 1 (daughter) and I am trying to teach her the right way to eat since she is…

I love coconut flour!!! I have both baked and fried with it, and as you are right it can be tricky it is wonderful in coconut bread and I make an oven baked coconut chicken that my daughter (11) loves. I also use a lot of coconut oil instead of the traditionals. This too can be tricky to use, but delicous.
