I'm exactly 5'6.5...I usually round up to 5'7 :tongue: . My current TDEE is right at 1800, but that is figured without exercise as I follow the MFP method of eating back exercise calories. This puts me at a 600 calorie deficit the days I stick to 1200, and a little less on the weekend.

I started out ~153, and I weighed in today at 127...Woohoo! :) I have been NETTING 1200 during the week and closer to 1500-1700 on Sat/Sun. I have days (and occasionally weekends) where I go over on calories, don't work out, etc. Since January I still have not had a week that I have gained. Life happens, and you have to enjoy it!
