So you think what I mentioned above is trying to do too much then? I was trying to come up with an inclusive plan that would hit all the major muscle groups, but if I could make good progress following something like you mentioned, that would be good too.

I just finished day 4 and man, I am sore. What is so strange is that it felt like these first couple of DVDs were considerably less difficult than some of Jillian's other videos (30DS, RI30). I will be glad when the terribly sore phase is over, but it does help me know it's working. Good luck to you all!

I didn't read through all the comments, but I use Berotelli light garlic alfredo. It is only 50 calories per half cup serving, and you just heat it up and go. It is a lot less work than this, but then again, I don't like to cook. :smile:

I'm with everyone else. It is most likely water weight. The scale showed a 3 pound gain after a "bad" weekend and I was back to my regular weight two days later.

I basically eat what I want for the day, knowing I'm not going to gain back a bunch of weight over one bad day.
