I have been sticking to 1200 calories during the week and 1500 on the weekends along with eating back exercise calories since January. I've lost 20 pounds so far putting me at 130. :)

Running! You can do it just about anywhere, and the only thing you need is a decent pair of shoes :)

Three weeks is no time at all in the grand scheme. I say keep doing what your doing for a couple more weeks. If you still don't see results, THEN maybe you can think about changing it up. Also, I know the week before my period I usually don't lose (assuming you are a lady :). Stick with it... You can do it!

Great job! I had finally given in and raised my driver's license weight in August (still 10 pounds lighter than I actually was). Now I am ten pounds lighter than what my license says. Woo hoo!

Last night I ate a turkey burger on sandwich flat bread with cheese and light mayo. I ate a half a cup of baked beans and a whole cup of green beans as sides. The meal was 590 calories in total and I was FULL when I was finished eating :)

I haven't checked in for a bit, so I thought I would update you all. I am down half a pound this week. I am pretty happy with that as I threw my friend a bridal shower last Saturday and didn't count calories at all, and then I was flying home on Sunday and indulged in some airport Burger King :-/. I am back in gear now…

1. I just worked straight through it. If I felt like I needed a rest day, I took it. Then I doubled up the next day. 2. I would say anybody can do this. I'm about halfway through the 30 day shred right now. You just need the DVD and some hand weights. I use 3 or 5 lb. I don't follow any specific diet other than just sticking with my calorie goal.
