3/1/13- 139.6 3/8/13 139.4 3/15/13 3/22/13 3/29/13 Although I have to admit I was very disappointed with my number today, I DID start the 30DS this week, so I'm going to attribute my lack of a big loss to my muscles holding onto water. I can barely walk I'm so sore! I guess I will see next Friday if that is the case or not!

Although I was limping around today because of my sore legs, I managed to complete L1D3. It can only get better from here....right?!? :)

Today is my 60th day logging in, and I have lost 10 pounds so far. Tomorrow is my weigh day, so it could be even more! :happy:

I did day 2 of the 30 day shred today. I am determined to stick with it the whole month! I am definitely pretty sore after the day 2 workout, and I imagine it will be even worse tomorrow. I just keep telling myself that it's proof of it working! :)
