  • I can't have milk ( lactose intolerant) so I don't really buy any. Hubby and daughter like 2% so I do get it for them every now and then. We use almond or soy milk for cereal mostly though. I can tolerate greek yogurt so I use it in smoothies.

  • Pinterest.com has a lot of workouts you can do at home with no equipment. I use them all the time: such as 10 pushups 10 cruches 20 lunges ( 10 each leg) 20 squats 60 jumping jacks 20 sec plank repeat 3 to 5 times also bodyrock.tv has a bunch too. They have some with equipment and some with out.
  • Funny that you posted this...I was thinking of starting this back up tomorrow. Had started it back in May but then our house finally sold so with the move and everything didn't start it up again. I will tomorrow morning though :)

  • currently I am 150. Current goal is 125-130. However I would like to maybe get down to 120 as my ultimate goal. I will depend on how I feel at 125-130 though. If I look healthy and feel great I will stop there.
