I might have to say jumping lunges and jumping jacks - I don't hate them, but they can be so draining lol. I still do them though because they keep my body/booty & thighs looking right! lol

Losing weight comes from burning calories more than you take in. Therefore, if you eat fast food and stay within your calorie intake per day you will lose weight. BUT fast food contains a lot of sodium, sat. fats that are bad for you. Good luck. :)
