I do a 6 mile run approx every 3 days. The difference it has on my body and my weight loss is profound! Even with 2 clear days without running, going the extra distance over say, a 2 or a 3 miler seems to make a huge impact on weight loss and body change, don't knock the effect it has! :)

Is that even the same person?!? Incredible!!

I think that protein supplements are a waste of time.
-
I think that it depends on the person. For me, I don't see the appeal, but some people seem to like them!
-
All good advice. Seems like they all do the job pretty well. Compression shorts might ride up on my chunky thighs though. Need to get some runderwear things bought asap, I'll report back in a couple of weeks! :)

Welcoming.

Every time I got into running, I had to stop due to shin splints. I think I need to find a different way to keep fit these days... :(

It's not my fault that all my MFP connections are so hot and amazing! :))
-
Yes probably, but I think she'd give me a good battle!
-
Wow! You've lost so much weight that your face looks different! Not that the before was bad. It's just different!
-
I didn't find it intensive enough, so I canned it after a few days...

Which one has the profile?

Sure, recently diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic. Is he on MFP? Add me if you wish, I can give you my experience...

I don't have a problem with the sugar tax. But here's a thought; why couldn't the UK Government simply legislate to set threshholds for suger content in drinks? That way, the producers would have to produce lower sugar products, thus assisting with the health of people, rather than simply taxing the public?

I believe that the water thing is an urban myth. On here, it suggests that we drink 8 glasses of water. No adjustment on that whether you weight 45kgs or 145kgs. smh. I'm convinced that you just need to drink when you're thirsty. Drink as much or as little as you want. Just try and avoid high calorie soft drinks - wasted…

Hahahahaha! No.

A 4 ft 11 inch 18 year old girl, and that's now. As a guy in his 30s, I can tell you that that is not right.

You put the weight on, and you gotta lose it. It's doesn't make any difference if you are short, medium or tall.
-
Great idea!

I know! I always want it to be today, but food tastes soo nice! One day... :)
-
Snap! My favourite time for starting a diet is tomorrow, as well!

Yes, could be a lotta fun!

Yeah, why not? I'd accept most people. If you want to add, then why should I say no?
