I'm not an expert but you're probably overdoing the protein. Just a glass of milk after a workout would probably make you feel a lot better!

You probably need to take a few days off. Two or three 2 mile runs per week shouldn't be exhausting you; that's only 5 miles per week in mileage. It's probably either the rest of the training regime is too much, or you're not getting enough rest! Throw in a 4 miler then see how you feel!

Pepsi is not healthier than milk. Just because Pepsi apparently hes less fat than Milk, does not make it healthier. Fat is not bad. Also, milk has lots of other nutrients in it. That's why animals feed milk to their babies, not pepsi, lol.

You need to gain tolerance to saddle soreness. You will need to ditch the classes for around 2 or 3 weeks. Use a stationary cycle in the gym, and build up tolerance daily, or as often as you can. I don't believe that they are telling the truth when they say that. I think that they must have an inferiority complex if they feel that they can't connect with someone who has the common goal and interest of losing weight, and/or getting fit, on a fitness website for all genders, just because they are male.
