I think so, im drinking & peeing for england lol I also drink a cup of coffee daily, flavoured water, tap water, etc.. i dont log the water on here i mainly use it for foods x

I disagree, we burn calories even by breathing, its not about having to sweat to burn, yes we burn more by working faster, any kind of movement is better than none x

That smoothie drinks sounds like a breakfast to me?.. if its got a banana in it, other fruits, yoghurt like the other person said if your hungry then eat if not then the smoothie must be working :)

snacks are fine in the evenings, if its a genuine hunger & not lacking in water weetabix is a good choice as its a slow release food to keep you fuller for longer :)

listen to your body hun, i cant consume all of mine & i really do try, i chose foods to keep me fuller for much longer thats why i dont need to eat all of my calories I think if you try & eat as much as you can you shouldnt feel hungry & lapse!! goodluck :)

getting colder here too & im just adding more layers of clothes on, ive still got to go out take my toddler to play groups, go grocery shopping, town etc.. Theres no way im going to let the cold/winter stop me from losing this fat, ive used too many excuses in the past.

I agree, fry them or roast them, mix them up into other foods, Use spices/herbs/garlic to flavour them start of small & add more gradgually over time

I have a lapband hun, It doesnt let you eat much foods, thats why my calories are low, i drink energy/vitamins drink too

I truly dont understand it either.. i am supose to eat 2050 a day & im more than coping eating 1400-1800, then i can burn 200-600 calories, theres just no way i can eat 2050 then eat an extra 200-600 on top if i have burnt them off during exercises
