  • Quest Bars easy and I really don't think it's close. The others have a ton of sugar and/or to many carbs. Quest bars typically have a pretty even carb to protein ratio. Around 20g's each. My favorite is Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough---It's highly addictive lol Be careful not to overdo it on them.

  • Funny thing about this challenge is I don't even remember what day I'm on. I believe I've completed 17/21 and on day 18. Regardless, My point is that it worked! I don't even have to think about it anymore, I just go through my daily routine. Thaks to Renegade for starting the challenge!!
  • 2 weeks down!! I find that my daily goals are already so much easier to do. I barely have to think about doing them, I just do.
  • 11/21. Keep pushing everybody and don't let the weekend hinder your goals.
  • Chocolate. It hurts me to say this but I don't need it (I crave it). That includes Chocolate chip cookies (OH BOY).
  • Day 8/21 done. Chest day this Tuesday morning. Did about 10 different workouts- I know it's gonna hurt to lift my arms later today.
  • Day 7 of forever in the books. On to the 2nd week!!!
  • Day 4 done. Day 5 is cardio day but I love doing pushups, wallsits, and lunges every 2 hours at the office. It keeps you motivated and also helps avoid craving the secretary candy jar downstairs.

  • Day 3 in the books....Day 4 started off with a great shoulder workout this morning. Playing some hoops at lunchtime for cardio and of course making clean food choices. Keep it up everybody!

  • That's a long way away as I try to go week to week or even month to month. Don't really have a weight loss goal in mind by summer BUT I'd like to be able to take my shirt off without being completely self conscious about it. Shed some extra fat in a few areas and keep building mucsle.
