Introduction

Good morning MFPers. I just wanted to say hello to all. I've been pretty consistent for quite a long time on going to the gym consistently but I can no longer eat anything I want and not gain as we once could in our teenage years. So I decided to do something about it . I've been on this site for about a week now and it's a great tool! Please add me as I would like the support to reach my goals.

I also would like to get everybody's input on the following:
I am a Regional Sales Manager that requires that I travel somewhat frequently. So, I am asking for suggestions as to how to eat clean and healthy while on the road? I always bring my P90x dvds or hit the fitness center at the hotels but I have found that it can be a difficult task eating right. Any suggestions appreciated!
