  • I eat it as a crunchy snack, you can even buy flavored roasted seaweed at asian supermarkets!! also great in salad, soups and stir fry!
  • try Dr Oetker thin crust spinach pizza...it is personal sized and light on toppings should be comparable caloriewise!
  • I don't know about weightloss, but as a dental hygienist I can say without a doubt that all pop/soda diet or otherwise are bad bad bad bad for your teeth!!!!!
  • I just had a great Quinoa salad the other day. It was red quinoa with diced red pepper, green onion, corn kernals, fresh squeezed lime, and fresh cilantro with a bit of olive oil on a bed of baby spinach yummy :tongue:

  • I use the polar f 7, its definately not the cheapest out there, but far from the most expensive. I love it because its comfortable, the watch is water resistant, small, lightweight and attractive, and it logs a history of past exercises for comparison :)
  • I bought a padded gel seat cover that I bring with me to class...this makes a huge difference, you feel way better the following day!!
  • I am very fair too, and no matter how much I work out I am red as a beat by the end of it :) you're not alone!
