I love it as well! Ran today and it's 20° here!! Cold air is soooo refreshing and invigorating. I am new to running, but not really looking forward to hot runs, but never done it before. Should be in pretty good shape by the time I try to face the heat. Cold IS the best in my opinion! ;•)

Yoga is an excellent exercise for flexibility, focus, and long lean toned muscles. I incorporate yoga with all the cardio I do. It is fantastic to stretch and bring oxygen to the muscles that you workout so hard. It's great to do with running especially. You will not ,however get a very high calorie burn at all with say…
