its called 30 day for a reason. skipping one or 2 days over all won't affect your results that much. but if you skip one or 2 days a week, that will have an affect. only skip if you absolutely cannot do it. push through. like she says in the dvd, if you want results you have to PUSH!

honestly i don't think you need to lose weight, i think it's just toning up that is needed. you only weigh 115lbs. that's crazy small. keep at it and you should see results.

i'm 5'5" and 205lbs and i burn around 350-375 calories.

i get frustrated at first. then i get detremined. the scale matters a lot to me. i just wanna be under 200 alreadyy! ughh! i think weighing myself everyday is decieving, but at the same time helpful. most of the time i hate what the scale has to say, but i know it's right.
