30 Day Shred Calories

Anyone know of a good estimation of calories burned during the 30 day shred? I am on day 6 of week one (level one) and am not sure how to log it. I know MFP only logs calories from cardio and wouldn't include the weight training, but I am confused at where to start. I have been putting 22 minutes (the length of the program) of jumping jacks in for each day and it says 224 calories. I certainly hope it's more or this might be a giant waste.

It depends on your weight and your fitness. I burn 125 for level one and 200 for level 2. I am 5'5" and weigh 133lbs.0

I am 5'6 weigh 137 and burn an average of 175 for level 1. I am starting level 2 tomorrow, hope it goes up.0

i'm 5'5" and 205lbs and i burn around 350-375 calories.0

I burn about 215 calories - I weigh 174 and height is 5'4'. This is with an HRM - before I got this I logged it under 'Circuit Training' which seems to be where other people log it.0
