I have been doing this for about a month now - I am trying to not go over 1200 calories a day. It has been hard and I always want to eat, but it has gotten easier every day. Hang in there and try to think about how great it will feel when you get to your goal weight

I'm actually not there yet either, I just know from experience that the weight loss is the easy part and keeping it off is the harder part (for me, anyway). Thought I'd try to get some good advice before I get there myself. I have a feeling that I am just going to have to monitor myself carefully for the rest of my life!
