I am beginning to feel awesome. My husband noticed yesterday... FINALLY. It felt great! Have noticed a difference when taking my kids for a walk, can go 5km+ without feeling at all tired. Used to go 1.5km-2km and was ready for a nap!

I've been taking pictures once a month, and comparing them to my start, and that's the only way I can tell... A friend of mine I hadn't seen in a while noticed but everyone else has yet to notice anything.

I don't have an answer but am very interested to hear what people say... I typically workout between 9pm-11pm depending on the night. After the kids are in bed and things get cleaned up etc. I have been wondering lately whether this is a good idea or not.

Well, I've been logging about 3/4's of the calories that it tells me I burned, just to be on the safe side... But thanks! I should probably try and save up for a HRM! And I can't wait to try Just Dance.

I weigh everyday on the Wii but only log it once a week. One day I'll be down 1lb next, up 1.5lb then down 2lb then down 0.5lb then up 0.5lb... But every Sunday I record my weight and so far there is always weight lost.

I went out for lunch recently with my best friend, who I haven't seen since Christmas... She, right away, told me that I'm looking good etc etc. When I said I'd lost 10lbs she said "that's it?! you look great, keep it up" it was nice!

I do sometimes have an egg (microwaved so nothing added) on toast and that usually keeps me full but gets old after about 3 days! I have 4 cups according to my coffee maker (but it's actually only 2 regular mugs worth) and I put sweetener and cream in. 5% cream, I put 2 tbsp in each. I am 10lbs in (weigh-in on Sunday, so maybe more) and my bra is definately feeling a bit more empty then it was before... I don't mind, but yeah I'd rather it be my belly!

I'm on week 3 of exercising (have been calorie counting for a month on the 30th) so I hope it's soon. I have been trying to remember to take my iron and multi-vitamin too, hoping that might help as well.

I usually exercise at night, and end up with extra calories to eat... So I snack! Sometimes a healthy snack, sometimes something bad. I'm still losing weight so it's working alright for me.

Yes the cream amounts are different sizes according to which size coffee you get. At least I think that's what you're asking? My Dad always gets his coffee at the Esso because they have serve yourself Timmies, and he likes to get an XL with 2 L cream instead of 2 XL cream that they would put in at a regular Tim Horton's.

Well doing the biking, segway, hoola hoop and obstacle course gets my heart pumping and I feel like I'm actually doing something! I have a feeling when I've lost 20 or so pounds and it's starting to be noticeable I'll think the same thing... "WOW I really looked aweful!". I always think to myself, I look okay, it's not THAT bad... But it is, and I can't wait to change it. Good luck!

OH, yeah I do exercise on top of that... Wii Fit, Treadmill and weights. I thought though that you filled it out not counting the type of exercise you do, just what you do in a normal day.

I don't find it does. I actually find it does have a nice taste alone, a little bit sweet. I don't cook mine until it's relly cooked though, I like it to have some crunch!

Cut in half, scoop out the middle, put it on a plate and microwave for 10mins, if you can shred it with your fork it's done. Super easy, and super yummy!
