Wii Fit Plus calorie count, is it accurate?
I did Wii Fit for an hour yesterday (expert bike, 10 min hoola hoop, rhythm marching etc), and it said I burned over 300 calories (can't remember the exact amount), and it just seems too high... Is pre-seasoned chicken bad for you?
I would usually buy fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts when they went on sale, but lately the best sale I've been finding is 3.99/lb (3.49/lb if I'm REALLY lucky)... I found some pre-seasoned boneless skinless chicken breasts on sale for 1.69/lb this week, bought some and have used them for dinner and lunch a number…

Eating back exercise calories...
I just joined today and have been browsing the threads, I have seen a lot of people mentioning that they "eat back exercise calories"... So when you burn 300 calories exercising, you go and choose something to eat that equals 300 calories? Why does this work better than just burning the calories and not eating anything…
