Hello Carole I to go to Weightwatchers but are not getting on very well so have decided to try MFP. I am disabled and cannot exercise apart from swimming but my local pool is closed at the moment for maintence so I am finding things difficult but you are welcome to add me as a friend.

try using a smaller bowl for your portion, I found that helped me.

I make chips with them and cook them in my hot air fryer, they are scrumy!!!! I also use them on top of Shepherds pie instead of potato

This is a fantastic book, I have made loads and loads for my husband and me from it and haven't had a bad meal yet!!! They are all so flavoursome its unbelivable! Just taken the egg bacon and asparagus flan out of the oven!!

I hate mine because every time I have to tell people it I have to spell it out for them!!! Its Shelagh and it just makes things complicated, and sometimes people shorten it to SHE which I hate even more!!

Yes I have been logging everything that goes in my mouth and with the phone app it is so easy as I have always got that with me and if I'm at home then I use the pc:happy:
