I feel the same way! 80-90% of the time I end up going over due to natural sugars. I love fruit and veggies! They ALL have sugars.

So sorry for your losses!! I too have PCOS and have used that as an excuse for not losing weight! My husband and I....well actually my doctor......decided NOW is the time to have kids. I am trying to lose weight before starting Chlomid because I hear I might actually gain weight while taking it. It's a really scarey road…

This morning I started Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred. I will walk for an hour on my lunch break and will do some stretches later on tonight. :)

Road trips = potato chips.....and lots of other snacks! I try to take along fruits and veggies now. :)

I usually use Sundays for food prep also. Every third Sunday or so I do a huge pot of soup and put my servings into containers and freeze it. I make all of my own frozen grab and go last minute meals. So much better than any WW or Lean Cuisine meal out there! :wink:

It depends. We have a pretty busy schedule with random functions. When I go to these I will usually monitor my food and eat up those calories. I usually try to eat proteins rather than carbs when using them. On days where I am home...I don't use the earned calories. Today however I just might have to exercise double. A…

I LOVE ice cream and it is my BIGGEST weakness. To curb the craving for it I do this: Freeze bananas Slice them put in food processor with a tablespoon or two of almond milk Comes out like soft serve! Sometimes I will add in a touch of peanut butter.....chocolate chips...or both! It is a super yummy treat and healthy too!

When I want pizza I will use a pita as a crust. This way it's portion controlled and so yummy with a little cheese and LOTS of veggies! Sometimes I do whole wheat pita....sometimes just white. :)

I'd love to do the 60 day Challenge too! Also trying to drop 20 pounds by January 1st. I have PCOS so losing weight is ALWAYS a challenge!
