I have been working out and it seems I don't want to eat lately. Do you force yourself to eat......or just let it go? Yesterday I consumed under 800 calories.....and today I am most likely going to be in the same boat. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
I just wanted to thank everyone on here for all of the motivation! Even on days (like yesterday) when my calories aren't watched too well....I know I can ALWAYS get back on track by going through the message boards. You ALL are amazing!!!!
