I am on my 5th day of 30 Day Shred and I love it! A full workout in 27 minutes! For balance ball really enjoy the Core Secrets DVDs. I also like some random Denise Austin DVDs. You can find all of these on Youtube along with many other great workouts. :)

I just did my 4th day and I now go back and forth between 3 and 5 pound weights. :)

I am on Day 3 of 30DS. I already feel better! Can't wait to see what my end results are. Even if I don't loose a lot....I am still happy just feeling better and stronger. :)

I like exercising at home because a. It saves a ton of money b. I can do it it on my time....anytime c. I NEVER have to wait for something I want to use d. I don't have to deal with all of the attiitude I have a rowing machine..... dumbbells......and a handful of DVDs. I also do a lot of walking and in the summer I swim…

As long as if fits into my calorie plan....I will eat it. I just eat less than I used to. I try to save it for weekend functions.....or my somewhat free day.

I just posted this a couple of minutes ago! My tip for the day is if you do not like drinking plain water....sprinkle a bit of Sour Salt into your glass. This will give you a lemony taste without the calories. You can even add a touch of your favorite sweetener for a yummy low calorie lemonade! Just remember......a little…

I drink anywhere from 6-14 a day. If I want a bit of lemon in my drink without added calories.....I sprinkle a bit of Sour Salt into my water. I am addicted to Sour Salt!

I thought my glass of wine was the culprit of my weight gain but wasn't willing to give up my main pleasure! :drinker: I ended up cutting back on the amount of salt I consume....and slowly noticed the scale going down. Everyone's body is different though. Maybe try cutting back to a glass every couple of days.....but…
