What Do You Do When.....?

I have been working out and it seems I don't want to eat lately. Do you force yourself to eat......or just let it go? Yesterday I consumed under 800 calories.....and today I am most likely going to be in the same boat. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Force yourself to eat. Consuming 800 calories on a regular basis is not good for you. If you are having a hard time increasing your calories eat nutrient dense foods like nuts, avacados, peanut butter, roast your veggies in 1 TBS of olive oil etc to add to your calorie intake. If you are exercising regularly your body needs fuel to make it go. Not eating will not only cause your body to burn the fat but also your lean muscle mass which is not good. Eat!0

I have days like this every once in a while, and I just eat what I feel like and don't worry about it. However, if it is often, then I agree with adding more calories in somewhere. Consistently not eating enough is not good for you!0
