this will sound horrible, but some porridge made with water and a sprinkle of cinnamon always fills me up. 140g is aboout 155 calories (using water) And now its cold (in Ireland anyway) its a nice snack to make you feel warmer

I have read you all say eat what you like and make up for it at the gym but does that really work? I can be really good, exercise loads and put weight on. I'm a big eater of fruit so I think the sugars were keeping me from hitting my goals but I still exercised loads. I am just confused by the whole thing!

hi nxd10 thanks for the info. I went the totally wrong way losing weight the first time. And becasue of that i have more unhealthy than before e.g. low blood pressure, blood sugars drop dramtically and i collapse quite often because of it.. Thats why i am trying to eat more healthy which esentially meant eating more…

i am 5 foot 5 and weigh about 80kg. my portions are fine-im careful about carbs and load up on vegetables

Have you tried making your on lunches? You can still ahve pizza but instead of ahving huge slices have a pitta brad topped with low fat cheese and plenty of vegetables. its quick and easy to make. Also i foud that if i start really chewing my food i tend to eat less. It doesnt work all the time and i still gulp down my…
