when you say high/moderate/low cabs what do you mean? I have a real problem with carbs-most days its about 60% of what i eat, and while im trying to cut back i find it very difficult. Can you give me some idea as to what you eating on your moderate/low days?

What size weights do you use for the dumb bells? i used a lighter weight last night and my calorie burn was less. i was thinking at 2.5kg weight would be ok?
