I also have PCOS and have struggled with my weight my whole life. I got all the way to 304lbs when I decided to do something about it. I started with making healthy swaps like whole grains instead of white rice, pastas or breads and water instead of soda. I tried also getting snack bags and portioning out healthy snacks…

Protein snacks always worked for me. Beef jerkey, hard boiled eggs, Greek yogurt are some good choices.

I would love to join. Started my journey at 304lbs, decided I couldn't live like that anymore and got all the way down to 228. I'm back up to 250 but I have a renewed commitment to getting this weight off and would appreciate any support.
