3 meals, 2 snacks a day. 3 snacks on workout day or more to eat back calories to net 1200 calories.

My daily intake is set at 1500 per day and between 1700-1800 on workout days to bring my next to 1200. I'm 5ft 9 and only started eating back my calories last week, I must admit today I found it hard to eat them back, was too full.

normal day i have 40 grams of dried weight but on a workout day i will bump it up to 60 grams.

Wow this thread goes on for miles lol..but very interesting and I think I will start eating back my calories on workout days to bring my NET calories upto 1200.

I am probably repeating what's been said, I'm no expert at all but I was under the impression that you should not stay on 1200 net calories for weight loss, my PT advised me to only do this for a maximum of 2 weeks then up my calories but 100 per week until I got to 1500 net per day and that has worked for me.
