Are you lifting heavy weights? I go up to 2000 some days when I'm lifting and the weight flies off.

I use hemp also and add half a banana to it, it does taste real bad!

I use natural hemp protein due to me cutting out cows milk.

I have been using protein shakes after every workout for the last few years, i use natural hemp protein, it tastes bad but due to me cutting our cows milks it is easily digested. I don't use it as a meal replacement just to help restore my muscles.

I hit a plateau a few months back and i believe that was because i was not eating enough food. I was on 1200 also and now i have bumped it upto 1520 but on workout days i can go between 1850-1900 and i do this so my net calories dont drop below 1200 and it is working for me now. Ok so I looked into the tdde calculator and I work out that my tdde is 2456 I subtracted 20% which gives me 1964 so is that what my calorie net goal should be everyday? Or on workout days? I can't see how I will lose weight eating all this food lol

Thank you, i only started introducing weights in the last month or so to mix up my routine as i was at a stand still for a few weeks, the weights have helped me lot in changing my body shape but come next week i was worried that the scales may go up due to the increased calories on the workout days.
