Guy from the UK, looking for mfp's

Hi

I am a 29 year old guy from the UK, looking for some more mfp's.

I go to the gym 3-5 times a week and partake in spinning, crossfit, weight lifting and boxing.

I am a encouraging pal to have on board and a friendly guy too.

    I'm also based in the UK, Train around 7 times a week, Powerlifting, Kickboxing, Strongman Training.

    Am bulking at the moment, before re-assessing and either bulking more\recomping\cutting

    Hey! I'm from the UK,.

    My exercise regime mainly involves walking my dog....and that's about it! It seems to be working though :)

    I'm from London! Currently off exercise as I have knackered my neck/shoulder somehow but I'm normally in the gym three times a week doing a combo of lifting and cardio, as well as netball, trampolining, kettlebells and running.

    I use to weigh 350lbs , I lost 150 pounds on my on before this site. I do alot of cardio and weight training. I am in the gym 4 or 5 times a week. I am 5'6 currently at 165 lbs . So it is a constant push I want to be around 130 to 140 lbs. If I can do it I know you can :) The support and motivation you get on here keeps you going. Feel free to add me if you need an extra motivating buddy :)
