I've started them. I like them because they are low impact and until I get my fitness level back up, I'm just not ready for more. I do the 1 mile on days I need to do something super quick, but I try to make time do at least the 2 mile.

I am officially here as of yesterday. :) I'm just starting this journey, but there is no way I am hitting my next birthday in the same shape I'm in now. Better to start late than never right?

Good luck! If you are really having a hard time upping your calories, you might try a protein shake. I make one for breakfast and it adds almost 500 calories. I find them easier to get down. On the other hand, dh gets so full with shakes. If you need a friend, just send a request.
