CLX between phases?
Dh an I are arguing about whether there should be a rest week or just start on next phase. I didn't do the second burn it off but did fire ez55 today and was just going to start the push phase. He thinks the muscles need a break and said other BB programs have a rest week. What did you do?

Dumbbells only?
I would love to start this. I have the book. I was hoping I would be able to do this all at home since I don't have a good gym close. We currently have just dumbbells. Can i do the workout with just them? I hope to get a barbell soon but even then I won't have a squat rack. Do I need to give up hope of doing it at home?

adding protien without fat or carbs?
I've been tracking for a very short period of time and have found that I can't get the right ratio. I'm not getting near enough protein and going over in both fat and carbs.
