what to do with lost week?

I lost all motivation this last week. My life is in total chaos. I go from not wanting to eat to wanting to stuff my face. I have no interested in exercising.... I know I just need to do it. And this is all a downer. So my reason for posting here is:
I was on my last week of Lean when this has happened. I missed the whole week. Haven't done a thing. NOTHING! since last Friday. Should I forget about that last week and just call it quits? Move on to something else. Should I go and finish that last week? Start Lean all over again?
I am not going to let the fact that the rest of my life is falling apart keep me from doing this. I plan on starting again on Monday. I am giving myself the rest of the weekend to wallow in my self pity. I have planned on moving on to either stronglifts, nrolfw, or starting strength after this anyway.
Input??
Thanks

If you enjoyed Lean, I'd say do one more week and then call it quits. If you didn't like it so much, I say move on.
I am in the middle of Push right now, and I love it. I fear that I will hate Lean. I'm going to finish the program, and then do one more run at CLX (because I want to see how much I've improved) maybe with Turbo Fire for the second round.
After that, like you, I plan to move on to stronglifts, NROLFW, or starting strength.0 -

You could also follow the calendar for lean for life while you decide what you want to do next. It's a mix each week of all three phases, burn, push & lean.0

I agree with Larisonlj - either do the final week, or go straight to lean for life.0

I personally would go ahead and finish the missed week.0
