Hi all! I just found this thread and so excited you all are doing this program. Yesterday was Day 1 and Jillian kicked my *kitten*. :) Excited to do it again today, but not sure how I'm going to get through it being so sore. So, have you ladies started seeing or feeling results yet?

That's actually a great idea with boiling the eggs. I usually only eat or cook with egg whites but think two hardboiled in the morning shouldn't be so bad :) I am gonna make some tonight for tomorrow. How long do you think they can stay in the fridge for?

I am really not a breakfast person to start with and rarely have this cereal. I can't seem to find one that I really like and is healthy, with lots of fiber. I am pretty sure that when measuring your waist, you relax your belly, and measure around the smallest area. The same goes for your neck-measure the smallest area. For hips, its the opposite, you measure around your largest area. Hope this helps :)

30 day shred is one of Jillian Michaels workout videos. It has 3 workout levels. It is designed to be a 20 minute circuit training workout. When you feel comfortable with level one, the next day you try level two. Just started it today and it's amazing. I am so excited to build up my resistance and move on to level 2.
