  • I have been super busy this week! Not as much exercise as I would have liked and I'm sorry I waited until today to log all my exercise totals in. I can't log it on my phone and so I am almost never on an actual computer. I hope everyone had an awesome Easter!
  • Been insanely busy at work! Plus it was my birthday and lots of eating out and surprise cakes at work. But this week I'm gonna buckle down again. Great to see everyone is doing good though even if we have our set backs

  • Posting late. It was my day off today and it was hard for me to want to do anything but i got the arm challenge in and worked on the elliptical. Tomorrow I'm gonna play in the pool so hopefully some good active time in the sun.

  • Good morning guys! Today is starting out better than yesterday. I got my base 30min of elliptical in and my squats and arm challenge in. I honestly am going to start having to split them up because like today 140 all at once I'm dying!
  • Kinda sucky today. No cardio, did the squat challenge though. Meh on eating still within calories but i broke down and got a diet dr pepper on break at work...hopefully tomorrow will be better.
