  • I normally walk every day (its a dog owner thing) so would love to see what that adds up to over a month and thanks for the info on adding ticker will give that a go later.

Would agree with last post and say better to go slow and steady and create something you can maintain than go for something really gruelling that you may find harder to stick with. Even a steady 2lb a week means you will be 2 stone lighter by xmas :)
