This ! the only thing I can add to this list is spirulina powder (you can add it to smoothies) anf seed in general : chia, flax, hemp etc

maybe you should change up your diet a little bit , try going raw carb or raw vegan for a week or two , or maybe do IF for 2-3 days a week. That should help :)

there is no such thing as starvation mode, you will not gain weight by eating too few calories, dont worry about it :)
