OP = Original Poster :) The thing is that if you never weighed your food, you don't really know for sure. I am not trying to be argumentative - I can empathize with your frustration! ETA: One can overeat even "clean" foods. It might be tougher due to their satiety, but it can happen.

My advice is to use this app as it is intended - plug in your numbers, track your calories and lose weight sensibly. Using meal replacement shakes is not sustainable - are you going to drink 2 of your 3 meals for the rest of your life?

Again, NOT accurate. Even with calipers, you'd want to pinch in more than 3 places (ideally, at least 9 or 10) - and that is still not very accurate.

Ultrasound is NOT the most precise method. I am a 47 year old woman, I am not jealous of you in any way. LOL

I hate to break it to you, but that testing method (ultrasound) is not very accurate, even if conducted by an IFBB bodybuilder. Get a Dexa scan and come back at us. ;)
