I just started Insanity as well and just looked at the diet plan and figured in how many calories I should eat a day and holy crap - 2,000 calories?!? Is that really necessary to eat that many calories??

My diary is open as well! Looking for mfp friends to help keep me going and on the right path :) I am a mom of 4 and it definitely is hard to keep eating straight on the weekends but I'm still trying to find that balance!!

I have tried both and raw does bother me more then cooked but even cooked bothers my tummy. Man and fried onions are the best!

I guess I have just noticed no more bloat after I took out onions and garlic from my diet.

Thanks for the suggestions!! I will definitely be trying the healthier McMuffin since the real McMuffin is a weakness of mine lol I can have snacks at my desk... it just seems if I don't eat a filling breakfast I crave all the icky stuff... but I will try out those snack too! I have wanted to eat healthy just really didn't…

I have put fruit in the freezer too but it always seems to be super mushy when it defrosts... suggestions?
