Okay, I was on here reading post and saw this one. I am in. I started on Sunday 30 Oct 11. Sun - 558 - 45 mins on Treadmill & Taebo Mon - 575 - 60 Mins on treadmill Tues - 608 - Step aerobics & Zumba so far, 1741/3500! Hope I make it! :smile:

Hi Deb, Right now, I mostly walk 3-4 miles a day. Some days I do aerobics and others, I do Billy Blanks Taebo Inferno. Its been nice lately, so I have been getting my walks on outside, but if the weather does not permit, I have a treadmill that I also use. I did really good for the month of Jan. I do Slim N Six and Taebo, along with some aerobics. It seems to work for me. I have the same problem as well with my work schedule, so I have learned to just work out at home. I also have a treadmill that I use that is most useful! Good Luck!

Hello Everyone! This is my first post. I am really having a hard time eating the right things. I am a very picky eater, so there are more foods that I dislike than I like. I am a serious junk-food-junkie. Any suggestions for someone who eats no veggies and very few fruits?
