    Finally got my goal. Achieved and surpassed my 2000 calorie burn goal. Not quite 3500 but probably the most I have ever burnt in one week! More reason to aim higher next week!

    Wed: 0 (Rest)
    Thur: 0 (Rest)
    Fri: 186 (Running, Walking)
    Sat: 558 (Circuit training, Cycling)

    Left to go: 125 OVER!!! Woop!!!

    I may have to set my goal at 3000 next time still a challenge but a little more doable for me right now.

    Okay, I was on here reading post and saw this one. I am in. I started on Sunday 30 Oct 11.

    Sun - 558 - 45 mins on Treadmill & Taebo
    Mon - 575 - 60 Mins on treadmill
    Tues - 608 - Step aerobics & Zumba

    so far, 1741/3500!
