Tuesday: 672 eliptical 229 weight training = 9010 -
Started day 1 of C25K on the treadmill - never been a runner but I did it! 8 minutes of the 30 running - I'm impressed with myself. :bigsmile:
I'm on week 2 - same as you, never been a runner and I'm doing it on the treadmill! I get off each time feeling like I can take on the world - it's a great feeling, isn't it? :laugh:
It really is! I'm actually excited to go back tomorrow for day 2. We can keep each other motivated. Keep going!

Lame. I went to the doctor today because my shoulder has been bothering me. Turns out I strained the muscle and I'm not allowed to do karate or jiu jitsu for the rest of the week- that's over 2500 calories!! Guess I have to get creative for the rest...
