I have heard of them through my local running community. the previous poster has it right. Enjoy your race!

Walmart / Winn Dixie / Target / Whole Foods carries them. They are in the freezer section next to the frozen waffles, generally on the very top shelf.

I have never gotten in the habit of finishing my kids plates (kids are gross! eew!) I work full time, am a full-time student, and am a single mom to 3 kids (only 2 living at home). We have cross country practice for my older daughter a few nights a week. I do mostly batch cooking on the weekend, then I separate it (enough…

I haven't noticed much change in my thighs--I started running about 6 months ago. I have noticed all over thinning though, I will take it!

Amen! (except for the kids...damn them!)

ha, I do, I post FOOD all the time, ROFL I am also tagging ideas for a wedding that won't happen for at least 1 year + I have been told I am annoying (by my perpetually single and lonely friend who doesn't want to see a bunch of wedding stuff) http://pinterest.com/spacecase/

I think so. Looks, how you hold yourself, your level of self-assurance, all of these impact the first impression you make on someone.

I don't believe you have to give up anything - just have it smarter and in moderation....
-
you should be drinking 8+ glasses of water a day. Measurements are a great way to track your progress. Sometimes I lose pounds, sometimes I lose inches--very rarely do I lose both at the same time.
-
have you taken your measurements? Are you drinking your water?
-
has anything changed in your diet? Maybe you aren't drinking enough water, or eating enough potassium.

I lived in Miami for 4 years growing up, and I have to agree with this. HOWEVER....if you are an 80+ year old, bean-pole of a man, PLEASE DEAR GOD don't wear a thong wienie wrap and bend over in front of some impressionable (and easily scarred) pre-teen / early teen girls. I am almost 35 years old and still have not…

*Bump* to the top of the list :-)

I just eat it with Joseph's pitas as a snack between breakfast and lunch *shrug* that is how I like it

Running: 23.8 miles (a new high for me, and I had a minor knee injury and didn't run the last week of the month!) Walking: 18.1 miles! Biking: 14.3 miles For a total of 56.2 miles (I am pretty proud!) BF and I went for about a 7 mile hike yesterday, I can't wait to see what October brings!

My boyfriend and I are both on here (and have both lost a good amount of weight--him almost 200 pounds), when we go out to eat, we go to Zea's, Bonefish Grill, any steakhouse, Mexican food, etc. We used to do Applebee's a lot, but haven't in a while. I also eat Indian / Nepali fairly regularly. I feel that there is…

I have been fortunate to find local sources of beef. chicken, eggs, *WINE!!* veggies, diary, and pork (though, I don't eat pork). I LOVE the local farmer's markets we have here. Add to it that I don't eat much meat. I have not felt "threatened" or in fear of a food recall in a very long time.

You shouldn't be getting dizzy or light headed. If you are, you might want to add in a light snack between meals to help stabilize your sugars, since that is the most likely cause of light-headedness. 1200 calories can be a lot of food if you eat lots of veggies, so good luck!

I just wanted to bump this to the top of the list again. I am so proud of you, my love. You amaze me every single day. I am so thankful that we met and that you are in my life

Great job, hon! I just had a feeling this was going to be your week! I am so proud of you! :smooched:
-
either get a HRM and record your calorie burn, or maybe log it as Dancing, aerobic, ballet or modern, twist - that is pretty close to what I was burning when I was doing Zumba.

I need stability shoes as well, the best thing to do is go to a running store and get fitted. I think shoes are something you really don't want to cheap out on, especially if you are a runner. They are really the only "equipment" you need, no bats, no balls, no racquets, just good shoes, save up and spurge for nice ones.…

sent  That is my height and was my starting weight :flowerforyou:

I don't use a HRM every time I exercise, but, I have worn one for a week at a time (when exercising), and, I gotta say, MFP is usually about right. It is a tad under what the HRM says, but, that is negligible....MFP will say 152, the HRM will say 170 - I mean close! Now, I don't generally log cleaning unless I am doing…

Oh, that would definitely piss me off. After I have weighed / measured / counted my food, *you* don't touch it. Period....
-
I wear 12 or 24 hour lipstick and mascara every day. Occasionally I will wear more for special occasions, but, for work, those two would be it.
-
You are just wrong. Even the facebook poll was overwhelmingly in my favor.
-
Keep looking! There are some good ones out there. I don't like any of the Atkins' products. Right now I am working on some Snackwell's cinnamon-raisin protein bars that are fabulous!
-
hm, different strokes, I guess. I buy the chocolate ones (I am not a PB fan)--and I LOVE them...
-
great job! Running is mostly mental, good for you for pushing through!
