My BF logs 6 days a week, even though he's been at it forever.

Mirena is a hormonal IUD. I have paraguard - copper. Non-hormonal. In fact, this is my 2nd paraguard. I had the first one removed when I wanted to get pregnant with my 4 year old, and a new one after she was born. There are plenty of non-hormonal birth control options available. If you are doing Natural Family Planning…

^ this No one is judging you. And, if it comes down to it, run in a neighborhood, or try to find some trails (in a park or wooded area)

I couldn't disagree with this more. What does housework have to do with sex? If you need help with things around the house, ask, compromise. Don't use sex as punishment for not doing his chores. They are complete and separate issues.

ha! Me too!

had this relationship before. got rid of that one. stuff is replaceable. Years of my life isn't.

some of this is perception. In our relationship, it's about 50/50 - real darn close. And yet BF feels like he *always* initiates, so I try to make a big deal out of it when I initiate, lol. The thing to remember here is that if he feels you need to initiate more --- you need to make an effort.. most especially…

This is also VERY true. It takes me about 2 miles to get warmed up - I sweat, have to watch my breathing, force myself to keep going. After that 2nd mile, I can hold conversation, and just run. My breathing settles down (I still sweat like a pig, but whatev), and it is just all-around easier...

120  I like thinking of it in terms of butter, lol

when I first started running, I had a hard time increasing the distance of my running intervals. I just had a hard time pushing myself. I did a free version of a c25k type program on the iphone, which was free for X # of uses, and by then I was up to running 20-25 minute stretches, and I was able to take it from there…

That is awesome!

yes. I almost did that 1.5 weeks ago. I "ran" a 5k with my 4 year old. We were like 5th to last, but, she did the entire thing, I never picked her up to carry her or anything. About mile 2 my boyfriend came back and helped me encourage her til the end. Every finisher got a medal (see my profile pic). She was so proud of…

yeah, it would be nice if he'd get caught up....

He is a jerk, which is why we aren't together anymore to begin with. He will get me nothing. Same thing I will get him for Father's Day. The kids will give me handmade cards and things they do at daycare (well, not the older one, they don't really do that stuff in middle school anymore). And, I will take them out for…

oh my hahahahahaha

I am in my second plateau. The first lasted about 5 months. This one is almost at 6 months now (and counting). I have changed up a lot of stuff, I stopped counting for a while, I have upped exercise, I have slacked in exercise. I have no advice. I am currently trying to phase into eating more "real" foods and less…

I like the Special K cracker chips, and I also get the "chip feeling" from Dry Roasted Edamame (crunchy, salty... yum) Today my lunch was a roast beef & cheese wrap, half a can of tomatoes & okra, and a serving of Special K chips. It was filling.

I am SOOO not a morning person. I walk on my lunch hour 2-3 days a week, and run after work 2-3 days a week. I have a work schedule where I get off at 4 some days, and 5 others - I run on my 4:00 days, and lunch walk on my 5:00 days. If I don't run / walk, I will do a 45 minute session on Wii Zumba or randomly pick a p90x…

Oh my WOW! Great job!!

hey, some guys I have seen need bras for their moobs... anywhoo, my BF likes the mesh Under Armour boxer briefs (compression-esque) for everyday wear, and boxers for when we are just hanging around the house.

I use a Polar FT4 HRM, and the GPS (and music) on my iPhone through Runkeeper, I don't have an all-in-one.

Here, last year. We emailed and IM'd back and forth for over a month. We met in person March 10th, 2011 and have pretty much been together ever since

they don't only eat bananas. They also eat leaves, bugs, small animals (mice, lizards, etc)

wow! Great work!

I look around, unless I am on uneven ground. Looking around helps distract me, I need that.

bald :flowerforyou: Though he does have a brownish-reddish-with-a-sprinkle-of-white goatee'
